Practical Spirituality and Personal Growth

After years of studying theology, psychology, life coaching, spiritual direction and ministry, counting various forms of martial arts I have put together a curriculum that will help to end the pain and suffering of depression, suppression of the self, and the oppression of others.  Every day we are adding resources to our Facebook Page, Trails to Freedom:  Where two rivers meet archive, and to our website at www.nextstepcoaching.mysite.com to help people begin to educate themselves and begin a journey into more wisdom and personal growth.  We have created a network of programs that can be tapped into to explore new ways of thinking and being at no cost to the general public.  We need your help to keep it going. 

I am not a person who can "sell myself" or "brand myself."  This course is so important and will be so helpful I want to get it out to the world.  I feel that I am here on this earth to end the power of oppression and the image of false self that causes most of the mental difficulty that we have.  I plan to offer courses via email and some by Skype or on other platforms, to help people live more full meaningful lives and provide discount life coaching via Groupon and discount offers to help create a stronger, more resilient, yet more compassionate society.
