Help Get Ian Micheal Thru Nationalization!

Ian Michael, one of the most talented Dreamcast homebrew developers, is having immigration touble in the U.S.. His visa is almost expired, and never found enough money to become a naturalized citizen. He has a wife who loves him, and can't leave the states due to budgetary reasons either. He is from Australia, and has given up his citizenship there too, which will make him a stateless person.

He is both autistic and bi-polar and works for Autism Speaks, and organization that helps fund research into the autistic spectrum. The naturalization process is very expensive and he barely makes enough money to even get by, so it's impossible for him to pay for it himself.
