Album Release & Spring Tour 2020
Everyone of Us, Andrew Alling
Who is Andrew Alling? What is he doing and why would I support him?
Everyone of Us is a 10-song, full-length Indie folk rock album. Each of these songs investigates the perceived divisions in our country. My travels have allowed me to view life through different lenses, and I continue to learn that we are more alike than not.
I have planned a 45-day tour starting in April through mid-May 2020. The album release date is set for March 27, 2020, in Ithaca, NY. For more info, please go to www.andrewalling.com
Since the release of Beyond A Clique in 2017, I have performed well over 200 shows and have played from Providence to Buffalo, Portland to Baltimore, and places in-between.
In 2016, I left my job as a counselor at a psychiatric group home and have never looked back. The experiences I had with the wonderful people who lived there helped me see life in a new light, helping me gain the courage to become a full-time songwriter and performing musician.
My goal for this album and tour is to expand my audience and to continue spreading hope! My desire is that people feel energized when they hear me perform and even perhaps encouraged by both my music and my journey. It is my hope this album, Everyone of Us, triggers your imagination and builds your sense of belonging in this forever expanding yet confining world. “Know that you are not alone…”
I feel so blessed to have the support of my friends, family, other artists and musicians, old co-workers, neighbors and strangers. I am very fortunate that I have made professional relationships with many venue owners and bookers, and I am very optimistic that I will continue to make new connections in the years to come. Thank you!
Why I am asking for your support? I hope my music means something to you, that it’s something to be shared. I hope you enjoy watching me play my bass pedals while wailing on the guitar and harmonica. I hope my lyrics and music inspire you in some small way to follow your bliss.
As a full-time musician, each source of income is important. So if my music is for you, I would appreciate your considering helping fund this next album and my Spring 2020 tour. For additional information about my music and tour dates, please go to www.andrewalling.com
Hope to see ya down the road!
Peace, Andrew
