For six consecutive years we have proudly convened the largest film festival dedicated to showcasing film for, by and about African-Americans, the African Diaspora and members of the Same Gender Loving - Lesbian Gay Bisexual and Transgender communities in the mid-Atlantic region. Over the years, we have welcomed countless filmmakers, activists and community leaders to the City of Baltimore under the theme of "Reel Unity" with the expressed goal of using the power of cinema to bring our community together irrespective of race, nationality, age, sexual orientation or gender identity. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, our ability to conduct the event as planned has been thwarted. We endeavor to convene the 7th Annual Baltimore International Black Film Festival virtually and need support to produce an event with the quality and professionalism of previous years. Your support will assist us in financing quality encryption protected screenings, offer a free Youth focused film event and support efforts to promote the event. Thank-you for your generous support.
